1、 Overview
This series of products is mainly used for bagging coal balls, and can also be used for bagging other powdery and granular materials with good flowability. In the operation process, except for manual bagging, other functions such as filling, measuring, and bag dropping can be automatically completed. Compared with similar products, this product has many advantages such as reasonable structure, accurate measurement, low energy consumption, large packaging capacity, and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for China's national conditions and is an ideal equipment for coal ball bagging in newly built modern coal ball plants.
This packaging machine adopts a microcomputer scale for measurement. The microcomputer scale is a specially developed microcomputer control system by our technical personnel based on the structure of the rotary packaging machine and the characteristics of cement material filling. It has high measurement accuracy and good stability performance.
This product comes in both single mouth and double mouth models. This manual focuses on the two mouth packaging machine and systematically introduces the structure, functions, technical performance, operating procedures, and daily maintenance of the equipment. Users should carefully read the manual before installation and use.
2、 Normal working conditions of the equipment
1. Power supply: AC 380V ± 10%; Rated frequency: 50HZ ± 2%; The resistance of grounding protection is less than 4 ohms.
2. Material: Granular material with good fluidity and a moisture content of less than 3%.
3. Normal working environment conditions:
(1) Environmental temperature range:- 100C~400C;
(2) Temperature change rate: ≤ ±5ºC/h;
(3) Relative humidity: ≤ 90%RH;
(4) Altitude: ≤ 1 kilometer;
3、 Structure and principle
1. Working principle: The mechanical part is controlled by the electrical part to drive the discharge conveyor device, which quantitatively fills the material into the packaging bag. The two nozzles can be used to fill the bag at the same time, and except for manual bags, continuous filling, metering, bag dropping and other operations are automatically completed.
2. Structure: The packaging machine consists of the following main parts:
① Upper storage device ② Material conveying part ③ Weight control mechanism ④ Bag clamping device ⑤ Weighing mechanism
⑥ Automated computer control system ⑦ lower dust collection pipe ⑧ upper dust collection port
3. Main structural functions:
⑴ Upper storage device: welded with iron plates and pipes, it plays a temporary and small storage role for coal balls. It should be noted that the amount of material inside should always be no less than two-thirds, otherwise it will affect the efficiency and accuracy of bagging.
⑵ Material conveying section: The chain plate conveyor is driven by a 0.75 kW RV motor reducer to complete material canning. The direction and speed of rotation are set at the factory.
⑶ Weight control mechanism: Controlled by a cylinder between the conveying section and the bag clamp, when the material enters the bag and the weight is about to reach the bag weight (which can be set), the cylinder automatically blocks the material conveying volume, controls the feeding volume and speed, and achieves accurate and quantitative supply of materials.
⑷ Bag clamping device: composed of a bag clamping cylinder and a bag clamping switch, fixed at the bag clamping discharge port. After the worker puts on the bag, the bag clamping switch is triggered, and the bag clamping cylinder automatically works to clamp the bag.
(5) Weighing mechanism: The weighing mechanism consists of a unit weighing mechanism composed of a microcomputer scale, instruments, sensors, bagging rack, and spring support. The weighing range is 25kg-50kg. When the weight reaches the set value, the microcomputer scale outputs a signal, and the cylinder acts as an actuator to close the gate and achieve automatic measurement.
(6) Automated computer control system: The automation control of the packaging machine is completed by it, located in the distribution box, and attention should be paid to moisture-proof and dust-proof treatment.
(7) Lower dust collection port: used to collect powder materials brought back by the upper canning conveyor. Before using the packaging machine, tie the bag on top and recycle the materials.
⑻ Upper dust collection port: It should be connected to the dust removal fan in the user's factory to collect dust generated during material bagging and purify the working environment of workers.

4、 Installation and Debugging
1. Installation: The packaging machine should be installed on a foundation that is vibration free and has sufficient load-bearing capacity. The installed equipment should ensure the verticality of the center. The rotation is light and there is no abnormal sound in any part. The inlet and outlet of the distribution box are well sealed, and there is no dust entering. All electrical components are working normally without any hidden dangers, and there are no foreign objects falling into the conveyor. The feed inlet adopts a soft connection and is well sealed.
2. Debugging:
(1) Check that there is no oil leakage in the conveyor motor
(2) Check that the bolts of each component are securely fastened without any looseness
(3) Adjust the bag clamp to ensure smooth and secure clamping
(4) Pinch the bag, with the bottom of the bag about 100 millimeters away from the sewing machine conveyor belt, ensuring that the loaded material does not touch the belt.

5、 Other equipment that is compatible with the packaging machine (see Table 2 for technical parameters of the supporting equipment)
Sewing conveyor: used to transport finished bags.
Structure: The conveyor is composed of a frame, rollers, belts, reducers, etc.
Installation: The conveyor is installed at the predetermined position of the bag dropping conveyor of the packaging machine.
6、 Safety operating procedures
1. Power on:
(1) Before starting up, obstacles and personnel around the equipment that may affect safe operation should be eliminated, and the speed control knob should be checked to ensure it is in place; Zero” Position.(2) Ensure that the upper storage bin has no less thantwo-thirds
For the materials, first open the packaging machine, then open the sewing machine belt and sewing machine. If there are no abnormalities, start bagging.
2. Shutdown: First stop feeding, then stop in the following order: feeder - (emptying the material from the conveyor) - packaging machine - sewing machine and belt. Cleaning and repairing equipment.
3. Temporary shutdown and emergency shutdown:
(1) Temporary shutdown: If temporary shutdown is required, press the red emergency stop switch to stop the packaging machine, and at the same time press the rotation stop button.
(2) Emergency stop: When an unexpected accident is discovered, emergency stop measures should be taken by pressing the emergency stop button. After stopping the machine, the speed control knob should be turned back; Zero” Position.
4. Before starting work, the equipment should be checked for its condition, and any obstacles or other personnel within the safe operating range of the equipment should be inspected. Operators should have safety awareness and receive training before taking up their posts.
5. When inserting bags, the operator should keep their body away from the equipment as much as possible and tie the cuffs and buttons of their work clothes to prevent scratches and collisions.
6. The equipment is temporarily shut down, and personnel are not allowed to approach the packaging machine. If it is necessary to approach, the power should be cut off.
7. During maintenance, the power supply should be cut off. If live inspection is required, warning signs or dedicated personnel should be hung for supervision.
8. During the filling process, do not touch the packaging bag to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy.
9. When repairing equipment, it should be operated by mechanical maintenance personnel and restored according to technical requirements. After use, the equipment should be cleaned and inspected, paying attention to the sealing of the distribution box, the completeness of each component, whether the screws are loose, and whether the necessary gaps have changed.
7、 Equipment maintenance and upkeep
Correct and standardized maintenance and regular upkeep are key links to ensure the use of equipment. This section elaborates on the inspection and troubleshooting methods for possible equipment failures, as well as lubrication requirements for each part.
1. Identification of fault location:
(1) When the motor is not working properly, it can be concluded that there is a mechanical fault, otherwise, the electrical fault should be considered first.
(2) When there is a measurement problem, the reading status of the microcomputer scale instrument should be observed first. When the display is normal, it is generally not a fault of the microcomputer system.

8、 Lubrication and sealing of equipment
1. Due to the poor working environment conditions of the equipment, maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the rules of this chapter, and seals should be replaced in a timely manner to extend the service life of the equipment.
